Classification Exempt, 12-Month Employee: Reports to: Executive Director: Overview: The Senior Human Resources Manager at the Dr. Richard Izquierdo Health and Science Charter School is someone with NYC charter school experience in the HR department as well as someone with extensive experience managing employee relations. The Senior Human Resources Manager provides guidance and enhances performance in a manner that incorporates Dr. Richard Izquierdo Health and Science Charter School’s vision, and works collaboratively with the school leadership team to develop a school-wide culture of professionalism and achievement of common goals. We are seeking someone who has high levels of integrity, attention to detail, and holds him/herself accountable with consistency. Further, the candidate should possess NYS labor law knowledge and experience working in an urban educational setting.
