Senior Consultant, Resource Management

We are seeking a Senior Consultant, Resource Management to oversee our P&L management, project accounting, customer success, and resource optimization across our professional services organization. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered profitably, teams are effectively utilized, and customers achieve strong outcomes. This is a highly visible role in a fast passed software environment. What You'll Be Doing: What You'll Bring to the Role - Own and manage the services P&L, including revenue, cost, and margin performance - Drive forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for services delivery - Monitor project financials and take corrective action to protect margins - Develop and track KPIs such as gross margin, billable utilization, and revenue per resource - Ensure accurate project accounting (revenue recognition, cost tracking, margin analysis) - Partner with delivery teams to manage budget vs. actuals across all engagements -...
