At Manometric, we design and produce custom orthoses using proprietary 3D scanning, smart software and scalable production - working directly with hospitals and clinics across the Netherlands and expanding into Germany. As we grow fast, operations become more complex: planning, production, logistics and clinical coordination must work as one system. That’s why we’re hiring an Operational Innovation Lead. Someone who can structure complexity and build the operational backbone for our next stage of scale. The role you play in our growth As we scale, operational challenges shift from execution to architecture.
