OPEN UNTIL FILLED- First review of candidates on 5/6/2026 About the job: The Art Camp Team Lead will create a welcoming, creative environment where youth can explore art, build skills, and have fun. This role coordinates activities, ensures safety and behavior expectations are met, and maintains program quality. They serve as the key point of contact for staff and families. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with kids and bringing creativity to life. Schedule: - Supervise assigned youth recreation programs and participants, staff and volunteers. Oversee the safety of participants in youth programs. - Provides leadership, expertise and support to assigned staff which may include training, mentoring, directing and assigning work. May assist Supervisor in hiring and evaluating staff. - Plan, organize, implement and supervise activities designed to be developmentally appropriate and build skills.
