Summary of Performance Expectations: This cross-functional role supports supply chain operations, contracting, data integrity, and informatics within CVMC. Team members rotate through Buyer-Contracting, and EDI/GHX functions. The objective is to enhance resilience, reduce single-point dependency, and provide career development through multi-specialty training. Education & Credentials: Required High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, or related field. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred along with relevant certifications such as AHRMM, CMRP, APICS CPIM, Lean/Six Sigma or other. Work Experience: Required No previous experience required. Given training and on-the-job experience incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the job within three months of employment date. Preferred: One or more years of purchasing or sourcing experience.
