Employment Type: Full time Shift: Evening Shift Description: Overview Saint Francis Hospital is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to join our Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) Unit , a newly renovated 32-bed unit and nationally recognized Center of Excellence for Heart Failure . This leadership role supports patients with acute and chronic CHF , AFib, CAD, STEMI, pacemaker/ICD placements, and future LVAD services . The Nurse Leader I provides frontline leadership, operational oversight, and staff support while promoting evidence-based care and a respectful, healing environment. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise charge nurses and frontline clinical staff - Coordinate staffing, scheduling, assignments, and unit throughput - Support performance management, coaching, and staff development - Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and accreditation standards - Promote evidence-based practice and clinical excellence - Lead teams through change, improvement initiatives, and innovation - Foster a respectful, inclusive, and healing work environment - Build strong relationships through compassionate, effective communication Required: Preferred: - Graduate of an accredited nursing program -...
