Position Overview The Senior Financial Analyst serves as a key contributor within the finance organization, responsible for delivering advanced financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights to support data-driven decision making across the business. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role partners closely with cross-functional teams – including operations, accounting, and executive leadership – to provide financial visibility, optimize performance, and support corporate initiatives. The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
