Job description

This position will provide administrative support services to assist the DOE/NNSA within the Department of Energy National Nuclear Security Administration, Savannah River Field Office (DOE/NNSA-SRFO) at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC. This position directly supports the Contractor Industrial Relations Team in ensuring adherence to Davis Bacon Act (DBA), Service Contract Act (SCA) and other regulatory requirements. This position will aid in response to requests on related issues, conduct labor checks, review payroll submittals and other as assigned. - By using field observations, conduct labor checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. - Examine weekly payroll submissions for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. - Receive and process draft electronic Form 98 (E98) wage determination requests. - Maintain a E98 request action log. - Provide any Department of Labor comments to SRFO for resolution. - Develop and maintain a contractor labor relations file plan. - Other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
