Role Responsibilities: - Leads the development and execution of innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent. - Focuses on sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent from all backgrounds, using various sourcing methods, including Boolean searches, social media, job boards, networking, and community outreach. Researches, develops, and implements recruitment strategies to attract a broad pool of candidates for open positions. - Builds relationships with external organizations, universities, and community groups to expand our talent pipeline. - Collaborates closely with stakeholders, talent sourcing team, talent acquisition consultants and hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies, job descriptions and interview processes and build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles across the orga...
