SAP SuccessFactors Consultant & Project Manager Porto, Portugal: SpotLIGHT of the job: We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant & Project Manager to play a key role in our global HR transformation program. You will lead major SuccessFactors rollouts, shape end‑to‑end HR processes, and ensure seamless integration across our HRIS landscape. This is a high‑impact role with a clear transformation roadmap , including the rollout of Employee Central (05/2026), Compensation & Benefits and Performance & Goals (12/2026), Recruiting & Onboarding and Succession & Development (04/2027), LMS replacement (10/2027), time tracking migration (EOB 2027), a strategic payroll sourcing decision (2028), and full decommissioning of legacy systems by 2028.
