Overview D430 Strategic Weapons Systems Engineering: Strategic Weapons Systems (SWS) Engineering, Department 430, develops in-house embedded systems and integrates government furnished equipment to support the Strategic Weapons Systems of the Columbia Class and other submarine classes. Department 430 offers a flexible work arrangement that allows some work to be performed remotely and at home. This varies from position to position based on a few variables.
