Job description

The Position Responsible for professional installation, maintenance, and repair of residential garage doors, openers, and related equipment. This includes the removal of used doors and components, installation of new systems, and servicing across multiple categories. The role requires working closely with customers, team members, and management to deliver high-quality service, ensure safety compliance, and maintain customer satisfaction. Job Duties: Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their supervisor, as determined from time to time at their sole and complete discretion. - Assess residential garage door installation and service requirements by evaluating site conditions, equipment needs, and potential construction modifications or obstructions prior to starting each job. - Document the full scope of work, including any additional services or adjustments needed, and communicate these with the Salesperson and/or Scheduling Supervisor for approval. - Install residential garage doors, openers, springs, tracks, cables, hinges, locks, and related hardware in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company standards. - Perform service and diagnostic work on a...
