Job Title: Employee Relations Spec, Sr Work Place Flexibility: Hybrid: Legal Entity: Entergy Services, LLC: ***This position will be filled in New Orleans, LA or The Woodlands, TX.*** Job Summary/Purpose: The Employee Relations Specialist, Sr leads complex employee relations matters. This role leads medium to high risk and sensitive workplace fact findings, provides strategic guidance on conflict resolution, and partners with HR and business leaders to address performance management challenges, including disciplinary actions. The ER Specialist Sr ensures alignment with employment laws, internal policies, and organizational values while fostering a fair, inclusive, and compliant work environment. Beyond case management, this role identifies emerging trends and contributes to the development of employee relations processes and policies, and supports enterprise-wide initiatives that mitigate risk. The Sr Specialist also plays a key role in strengthening relationships with employees, and management.
