Job Description Shift Leader: We’re a naan traditional company…: Summary: Reporting to the Operations Leader and Site Leader, as the Shift Leader you will provide hands-on leadership on a production shift within the plant to ensure that production schedules are met safely and on time, while continually reducing costs and increasing overall efficiencies; all within a fast paced (Just in Time) food manufacturing environment.
