About this role This role is responsible for leading daily operations across air-cooled chiller assembly lines within the value stream. This role owns safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance on shift, driving execution through frontline leadership, standard work, and disciplined problem-solving. The supervisor develops team capability, enforces standards, and ensures production commitments are met in a high-mix, variable manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Own a zero-incident culture; ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with EHS standards Conduct daily 5S & safety walks, identify hazards, and drive immediate countermeasures Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions Reinforce safe behaviors through coaching and accountability Lead multiple air-cooled assembly lines to achieve daily/weekly production targets Manage labor allocation to meet takt time and adapt to product variability Escalate and remove constraints impacting throughput in real time Ensure effective shift handoffs and clear communication of priorities Enforce adherence to standard work and quality processes Drive containment and resolution of defe...
