Position Overview: The Inside Sales Account Manager will manage a specified sales territory through proactive account management and delivering the sales plan through minimizing erosion and optimizing organic and new business growth. This position is responsible for quickly identifying the customer’s needs and/or business opportunity in order to direct them to the correct department or sales group within the company using sales skills and exceptional service.
