Sr. Director, North America Strategy Job Summary: The Senior Director, North America Strategy leads the development, integration, and execution of long- term, mid-term, and short-term strategies for the U.S. and Canada businesses. This leader serves as a trusted advisor to the VP, Strategy & Transformation and senior executives across the organization — driving structured strategy processes, market intelligence, and enterprise alignment to enable growth and transformation. This role combines deep strategic acumen, business insight, and storytelling capabilities to connect strategy creation to execution, ensuring that the organization is focused, aligned, and equipped to achieve its strategic objectives.
