This FULL-TIME position is with the Economic Self Sufficiency Program Customer Service Center in Sarasota and will be responsible for interviewing applicants to determine type of services and public assistance needs, both over the phone and in person in the Sarasota Service Center Lobby. Some of the duties of the Interviewing Clerk include explanation of eligibility of applicants and recipients for public assistance programs, determining eligibility for expedited food stamp services, entering client data into database based on intake of caller information, maintaining necessary files and records, and completing general clerical duties to include using computer to input data for clients who are appl...
