We’re looking for an experienced Service Charge Manager to take ownership of a varied commercial client portfolio while playing a key role in shaping how our service charge offering continues to grow and evolve. This is a hands‑on role that blends technical service charge expertise with client leadership, financial oversight, and the day‑to‑day management of a high‑performing team. If you enjoy being close to clients, thrive on responsibility, and want genuine influence over delivery, systems and people, this one’s for you. You'll be: The role will be based in our Birmingham hub, with a requirement to attend the office at least once a week. The role will also be designed to help you grow and develop through your career journey.
