The role of the PM/PA is to lead the project team under the guidance of and in collaboration with the Partner and CE in the effective and efficient delivery of a project from Programming through closeout by practicing impeccable client service. Impeccable client service is displayed through a comprehensive understanding and proven success rate with the simultaneous management of multiple project budgets, scope, schedule, and efficient staffing of project teams. Also essential to the position is a creative and flexible approach to concerns that may arise during design and construction. Your Impact: - Redline and coordinate floor plan backgrounds to establish appropriate structural gridlines and gridline callouts - Redline and coordinate RCP floor plans for production staff to complete - Redline floor plans for production staff to complete and to establish building sections to be cut - Redline building sections and floor plans to establish appropriate wall sections to be detailed - Redline floor plans to establish appropriate partition types.
