Programming Specialist

Job description

The Programming Specialist supports the Entertainment Partnerships team in content licensing and programming efforts. This role is primarily focused on the lifecycle of programming content: from tracking and evaluating inbound opportunities to conducting policy reviews and managing the programming schedule. This is a high impact coordination role. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, process-focused, has superb communication and is comfortable navigating large datasets in a fast-paced media environment. Long Term Contract: Pay: $65k annual plus benefits: Location: 100% Remote (must be flexible to work 8am-5pm PST shift timing) Key Responsibilities: - Receive and index available titles from media partners. Evaluate inbound content opportunities against Trust & Safety, Brand Safety, and monetization standards. - Own and maintain the master programming schedule in Airtable, serving as the single source of truth for the global operations team. - Conduct ongoing reviews of escalations for video re-classification.
