BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist, SLP, for a per diem / part time opportunity to complete home health visits with adult and geriatric patients on a per visit basis . *Full Time opportunity available if candidate is open to covering a larger territory, which includes travel between Longmont - Castle Rock, CO areas. At least one year of experience as an Speech Language Pathologist is required; prior home health experience as an SLP is a plus. As a home care Speech Language Pathologist, SLP, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
