Our commercial real estate client is seeking a Property Manager in their San Diego office. This Property Manager role owns the day-to-day operational performance of assigned properties, from physical condition and tenant experience to budget management and vendor oversight. The role works closely with a Regional Property Manager on escalations and broader priorities, and partners cross-functionally with accounting, marketing, and leasing teams. Responsibilities: - You'll have genuine decision-making authority within your properties. - You'll work directly with leasing, accounting, and marketing on property-level initiatives. - This firm owns and manages more than 12 million square feet, giving employees broad exposure to a large portfolio. - Manage all aspects of daily property operations, ensuring each asset meets company standards for physical condition, tenant experience, and overall performance - Conduct regular property inspections and address issues proactively before they escalate - Build and manage annual operating and capital budgets; track financial performance and take corrective action on variances - Monitor and control operating expenses, identifying cost efficiencies...
