What you will do: Generate and send customer invoices, statements, and payment reminders. Follow up and communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment discrepancies via calls and emails. Investigate and resolve billing and payment issues, including chargebacks, disputes, and refunds. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to accounts receivable.
