Products Manager

Job description

- Supports projects and initiatives across consumer deposit products, commercial products, digital products, and specialty offerings. - Lead the design, development, enhancement, and deployment of new and existing products, including third-party solutions and vendor-facilitated programs. - Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the bank's strategic goals and product roadmap to drive adoption, growth, profitability, and customer loyalty. - Build sound business cases and proposals by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to justify product investments and initiatives. - Integrate data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, market analysis, competitive intelligence, and company objectives to inform product decisions. - Research emerging products, services, technologies, and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation across all bank product/service segments. - Partner closely with Technology, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, and other business units to develop and execute product launch plans, communications, and adoption campaigns. - Support relationship growth by identifying cross-sell opportunities, enhancing customer experience...
