Job Title: RN House Supervisor (Associate Administrator) – Supplemental/PRN Location: IU Ball Memorial Hospital: Position Type: Supplemental (PRN): Position Summary: The RN House Supervisor provides leadership, management, and oversight in the absence of administrative and management staff, ensuring smooth hospital operations and high-quality patient care. This role supports the nursing team and hospital departments by facilitating patient flow, expediting patient placement, and addressing emergency or unusual circumstances. The RN House Supervisor acts as a resource and consultant, following up on issues and collaborating with appropriate departments and administrative personnel to resolve concerns promptly.
