Program Manager Responsibilities: Program Manager (PM) for providing Readiness Assistance Training Team (RATT) Support Services to Commander, Naval Surface Forces, Pacific Fleet (CNSP/COMNAVSURFPAC). RATT is a Type Commander (TYCOM) asset employed to provide direct support to ships, at the request of the Commanding Officer, tailored to the ship's needs and requirements. RATT ship visits are intended to significantly enhance a ship's organic proficiency and capabilities for a discrete period of time as added capability to conduct training, and address material issues. The PM must be able to balance the team’s resources and simultaneously execute multiple events in a dynamic operational environment. The PM should be capable of managing a highly experienced and skilled team of subject matter experts to provide training to PACFLEET crews in multiple geographic locations. The salary for this position is $150,000-$175,000.
