Software Operations is a key enabler for our software business in HPM whereby we are influencing how we sell software, how we manage software entitlements towards our customers and how we create actionable insights for continued growth of the business. Your role: Manage software entitlement, licensing, and subscription management for systems such as PIC iX, Focal Point, and Care Event, including license assignments, migrations, entitlement upgrades, and merges to ensure smooth customer experiences and compliance. Contribute to the architecture and design of HPM’s Software License Management processes, ensuring they are efficient and aligned with business needs and goals.
