Introduction The Third ‑ Party Risk Management (TPRM) team at ASML is responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing risks related to all third parties ASML engages with globally, including customers, suppliers, and business partners. The team operates as part of ASML’s Legal & Compliance function and plays a key role in safeguarding responsible, compliant, and secure collaboration across the enterprise. Working closely with risk, legal, and technology stakeholders, the team continuously improves due diligence and screening processes, with a strong focus on automation and AI ‑ supported innovation.
