Job description

The Shipping Coordinator III will perform varied duties involving billing, routing, and production scheduling activities, along with the tracking of trucking equipment in the yard and the coordination of finished product deliveries. This position will serve our Water Heating Division, located in Litchfield, Arizona . As a leader at Rheem, how you achieve results is as important as the results you achieve. While LEADING SELF, you will be expected to demonstrate the following competencies and behaviors: Adapting - Assures orders and shipping quantities match picking documents through careful audit of said documents while assisting in resolving discrepancies. - Verifies the bills of lading are received from shipping department and ensure that all invoices have been distributed to proper location. - Arranges for movement of freight to consignee/agent & updates the system with information.
