Assistant Executive Director - Executive Director of Memory Care POSITION SUMMARY: The Assistant Executive Director (AED) helps create joyful and vibrant communities by providing exceptional leadership, overseeing and supervising specific operations and community staff and departments. By being available to staff, residents and families, the AED is able to keep a pulse on community culture and address concerns in a timely manner. The AED is responsible for assisting with communicating the vision of the organization and consistently demonstrating our Mission and Values. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Begins each day with the goal of inspiring a joyful and vibrant community.
