Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 DOE: Lead the full life-cycle recruiting process for multiple facilities within a designated geographic region, supporting high-volume hiring for warehouse operations. Serve as a strategic partner to hiring leaders, professionally representing Lineage and its affiliated entities while driving effective recruitment strategies that deliver results. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and business leaders, with the guidance of the Lead Recruiter, to develop and execute recruiting strategies that promote diversity, follow best practices, and support high-volume hiring for warehouse operations-level roles.
