Job Description: The VP, Growth will serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Growth Officer, acting as a key driver of growth initiatives and a central liaison across executive leadership. This role combines high-level business development responsibilities with operational oversight, ensuring seamless execution of growth strategies, new business pursuits, and cross-functional collaboration. You Will: - Revenue & Growth Leadership - Oversee the team responsible for delivering annual revenue goals for new logo acquisition and organic growth. - Monitor and report on progress toward a +25% YOY growth forecast, providing weekly updates to the Executive Leadership Team. - Opportunity Evaluation & Pipeline Management - Assess inbound opportunities using a structured scorecard and Growth team bandwidth analysis. - Maintain a robust pipeline and support strategic prioritization of opportunities. - Pitch & Proposal Management - Lead the end-to-end process for high-profile pitches, including coordination with C-suite stakeholders, development of materials, financial modeling, onboarding, and transition planning. - Strategic Partnerships & Cross-Selling Initiatives - Collaborate with dentsu...
