Job description

Your tasks: - Provide technical support to customers throughout the entire product design-in and lifecycle process for congatec software products - Ensure high customer satisfaction through efficient and reliable 2nd level technical support - Support the Sales organization during design-win activities and customer projects - Prepare and conduct product workshops and trainings for customers, partners and employees - Create, maintain and close customer support tickets using internal databases - Manage communication between customers and 3rd level software support - Work closely with internal departments to develop and implement customer-specific solutions - Conduct customer visits (workshops, enablement, support) when required for customer relations and sales support - Provide technical support at trade shows and customer-related events Your profile: - Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or a comparable technical qualification - Several years (apporoximately 5+ years) of experience in field support within embedded computing or a similar industry - Strong technical background in embedded systems with a focus on software - Fluent communication skills in German and English (writte...
