Job Type Full-time Description: Position Summary: On behalf of CNS Cares (“CNS” or “Company”), this position is responsible for assisting the assigned client(s) with Daily Living Activities including but not limited to: Ambulation, exercise, personal care, homemaker services, dietary needs and other daily life activities. In addition, this position will report changes in the client’s condition and needs and complete appropriate records. Essential Functions: Team members must have regular attendance/punctuality, be able to work with others at all levels of the Company, have exceptional customer service, and conduct themselves with the highest ethical standards. Other assigned duties include: - Demonstrates competence and skills as a certified nursing assistant. - Reports on changes in the client’s ability and compliance with the Plan of Care for the improvement of client care. - Assist clients to do as many Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s) as possible, while giving assistance to the client that is on the Plan of Care.
