What You'll Be Doing: - Performing on-site and laboratory testing of ready‑mix concrete to ensure product quality - Monitoring raw materials and mix designs to maintain consistency and compliance - Preparing accurate test documentation and reporting results promptly - Collaborating with production and dispatch teams to resolve quality issues - Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized testing environment What We Are Looking For: - Ability to perform accurate testing and follow established procedures - Strong attention to detail with solid documentation and communication skills - Capability to troubleshoot quality‑related concerns in a fast‑paced environment - Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous learning - Willingness to work outdoors, travel locally, and adapt to changing priorities Work Environment: This role involves both field and laboratory work.
