Dematic is actively seeking to hire a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to take on and lead all HR activities in the Benelux region. In this role, you will be working closely with both the local senior leadership team and the wider global business to turn global initiatives into local strategies and support our people in the region. As a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a critical role in aligning our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the matrix organisational structure, where collaboration across different departments and regions is essential.
