This transformation requires a dedicated, infrastructure-focused DevOps Engineer who thrives on technical scaling—someone capable of designing and optimising complex deployment pipelines to enable fast, reliable, and secure application delivery. In this role, you will stabilise and scale OMRT’s entire platform infrastructure, ensuring high availability and continuous improvement to support our global growth. Reporting to the Head of Technology, you will work closely with Backend and Frontend Developers to own and shape our DevOps roadmap end-to-end. What you’ll do: As DevOps Engineer, you are directly influencing the reliability and speed of a high-impact product across real estate development and investment contexts on a global scale. Your responsibilities include: Deployment Efficiency – Reduce deployment time to a target of under 10 minutes across all environments while ensuring repeatable, manual-intervention-free delivery.
