Inspection Operator

Job description

Primary Responsibilities: - Support inspection activities using UT, MPI, LP, VT, or CE methods with certified equipment - Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and customer specifications - Assist with maintenance and upkeep of inspection equipment to meet safety standards - Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation - Follow all company and customer safety policies and procedures Job Duties: - Assist in performing inspections using appropriate tools and techniques - Support routine maintenance of inspection lines and equipment - Complete inspection reports and required documentation accurately and on time - Track and report hours of inspection experience and completed work - Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times in designated areas - Apply and follow all operating procedures during daily tasks - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency Education and Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred - A minimum of 2 years of previous inspection or manufacturing experience preferred - Basic understanding of inspection methods (UT, MPI, LP, VT, or CE) is a plus - Abili...
