Administrative and Financial Manager

Job description

The position is based in Trappes (78) and reports directly to the President of Eramet Ideas. The Finance and Administration Manager is a member of the Executive Committee (ExCom) and leads a team of 6 people He/she will play a key role in implementing EID’s strategy and will actively contribute to strategic decisions and governance processes by providing financial expertise. He/she is responsible for financial strategy, management control, reporting, accounting, procurement, and tax compliance at Eramet Ideas. He/she plays a key role in shaping the organization’s strategic direction and in the financial management of R&D projects, in collaboration with the Group’s industrial entities, scientific partners, and institutional stakeholders. Responsibilities: Financial Strategy and Management Control: Identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency and productivity of a corporate innovation center, aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
