Job description

The Head of Commercial Finance Director will be the key finance business partner to the leadership, finance and regional sales teams and will play a critical role in supporting the strategic and commercial objectives of the Group. What you'll do: This role will be expected to provide strong business partnering and lead a commercial finance agenda that is supports the Groups strategy and challenges the delivery of sales and commercial performance. They will lead the FP&A function across all channels in their regions, both forecasting future goals and providing analysis to support the achievement of those goals. They will offer in depth commercial support to the sales, finance and leadership teams and deliver recommendations to the business based on observable data and trends. They will be focussed on accurate, evidence based forecasting anchored in commercial assumptions aligned to the Group’s strategy, with wider responsibilities for commercial review and investment appraisal.
