Responsibilities: Manage customer interactions related to service and repair orders, order confirmations, and order status updates; Process standard and moderately complex quotes and orders with accuracy and efficiency; Coordinate with suppliers by sending purchase orders and updating delivery timelines; Perform proactive follow-ups with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations; Collaborate with local partners and suppliers to address and resolve service-related challenges; Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accurate customer and order records; Register tickets for pre-sales and sales-related subprocesses to support internal workflows; Provide basic administrative support for handling customer claims; Serve as a back-up for colleagues during absences, ensuring continuity of service; Offer support to team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment; Prioritise tasks effectively and manage time to meet service deadlines; Contribute to the ongoing improvement of service processes and standards.
