3rd Shift Manager

Job description

- Responsible for all shift operations, including maintenance oversight. - Ensure shift staffing and assist supervisors in training, coaching, and leading their teams. - Ensure the production and yield requirements are met. - Ensure all GMP and safety procedures are enforced. - Monitor and control budget spending, managing resources within the goals set forth. - All other relevant tasks to the job. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science or other closely related field preferred. - 7+ years supervisory and management experience within the poultry plant. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Adept with technology, computers, and math and analytical skills.
