As an FMEA Moderator (m/f/d), you take on a key role in strengthening product and process robustness across the organization. You guide cross‑functional teams through structured risk analyses, ensure that critical failures are identified early and addressed effectively, and promote a strong, method‑driven quality culture. Your expertise directly supports safe, reliable and mature product development while shaping quality standards across all functions. YOUR TASKS: - Moderate cross‑functional FMEA workshops and ensure the consistent application of established methodology - Identify potential failure modes throughout product and process development and initiate effective mitigation measures - Drive early‑phase risk identification to eliminate or control critical failures across design, industrialization and operations - Act as a methodological coach and strengthen the company‑wide FMEA community through training and best‑practice sharing - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and adjacent quality processes - Ensure high‑quality documentation, traceability and transparency across all FMEA activities - Promote a strong, visible quality mindset and support strategic i...
