Job description

Role purpose/ summary: The Post-Production Supervisor reports directly to the Technical Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operational workflow of audio post-production services, including dialogue editing, mixing, and audio deliverables for film, television, and multimedia clients. This role is responsible for coordinating the technical execution of projects across multiple post-production rooms, supervising scheduling and resource allocation, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to required technical specifications. The position works closely with dialogue editors, mixers, scheduling teams, production management, and engineering staff to maintain efficient workflows and resolve operational challenges. Responsibilities: Supervise Audio Engineers, Mixers, and technical operators to ensure they meet production deadlines, quality specifications, and personnel needs.
