The Business Systems Analyst acts as a liaison between the IT ERP Products, IT DevOps team & the users of technology within StandardAero. Key responsibilities and duties: Manage the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for software bugs and enhancements, ensuring deliver of changes that meet the stakeholder requirements and timeline. Lead the definition, development, and documentation of software’s business requirements and specifications in collaboration with internal users and departments. ERP Support & Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day functional support for StandardAero’s ERP systems, including issue triage, root-cause analysis, and coordinating fixes.
