Position: HR Generalist Shift: Monday-Friday Job Purpose: We are seeking a people-focused and proactive HR Generalist to support our operations team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is highly visible and works closely with both leaders and team members to support daily HR needs, build strong relationships, and help create a positive and productive workplace. This position is focused on front-line HR support and employee relations—addressing concerns early, coaching leaders, and helping prevent issues before they grow. While this role includes responsibilities in benefits, timekeeping, and leave coordination (FMLA, STD, LTD), we partner with third-party providers for processing. This role ensures everything is handled accurately while providing strong communication and support to our team. The ideal candidate is approachable, organized, and comfortable working on the floor, with a mindset focused on teamwork, accountability, and getting the job done right.
