About the Role: As a Merchant Operations Associate (part-time), you’ll handle more complex merchant cases escalated from Support and internal teams. These can include topics like ownership changes, contracts, payments, or offboarding. You’ll investigate each case, speak with merchants when needed, and make clear decisions that balance merchant experience with Wolt’s policies.
