Description The Department of Radiology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Instructor position in the Academic Support Staff. This appointment will be initially for one (1) year and continuation during that time period and renewal are based on satisfactory performance and availability of funding (limited to three (3) years). Applicants must have an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent degree. Applicants must be board eligible or have specialty certification in nuclear medicine, either current American Board of Nuclear Medicine certification or a CAQ in nuclear radiology from the American Board of Radiology, and have completed a nuclear medicine or nuclear radiology ACGME-approved training program. Responsibilities may include performing and interpreting nuclear medicine stress tests, EKGs, evaluating and treating patients with therapeutic radio-pharmaceuticals and general nuclear medicine studies. Candidates must have extensive PET/CT experience.
