Description University Physicians’ Association is seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Team Lead to join University Women’s Specialists in Knoxville, TN. This full-time role , which rotates among UWS satellite offices throughout the Knoxville area , is well suited for a healthcare professional who excels in a leadership role and is committed to supporting patients, providers, and clinical staff in a fast-paced medical office setting. The Clinical Team Lead plays an integral role in ensuring efficient clinic operations while building and maintaining positive, professional relationships with physicians, team members, patients, and their families. This position helps lead by example, modeling and reinforcing a welcoming, organized, and patient-centered culture across all clinic locations.
